Fevo is a social payments platform revolutionizing how groups pay - effortlessly bringing friends together for their favorite live events. Our 300 partners span the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, MiLB, MLS, NCAA, eSports, minor leagues and music festivals to drive better social experiences and net new demand.
Our client-side QR scanner app is used for ticket check-in and in need of UX and visual updates. I conducted user interviews and market research to identify product pain points, created user flows and wireframes to reframe the app's UX. The solution was a group-centric approach to eticketing, including new features like group check-in, visual cues for reward redemption, analytics, permissioning for different user levels, refunds and payment processing for users.
